After my mild bout of emo yesterday, I'm feeling better.

My yarn came in, and it's amazing. I'll see about posting some pictures of it for you fine folks.

Also, I've really, REALLY gotta get some sleep. I'm serious. I'm about ready to die in the morning, but at night, I'm more awake than ever. It'll be 3 AM easy before I'm tired enough to lay down and sleep. I'm going to work on finding myself a better home routine, and start going home at a more consistent time.

Alright, what's important?

I need to eat, I need to feed my cat, I need to bathe myself, do chores, and have some wind-down time.

I'm trying to not be online nearly as much when I'm home until I'm happy and comfortable in my place...which is not yet. The desk is still a disaster, and there's boxes that still need to be sorted/put away.

Alright! Now off I go to Daiso for some strange Japanese crap for a white elephant exchange, and then home to work on the yarn!

Getting more and more comfortable with my Cintiq, and I'm actually WANTING to do art. It's wonderful! I did my holiday cards, however, I won't be posting those until I've printed them all out, and sent them out. So, expect cards if you signed up!

And, I get to spend tomorrow with Dani, so...I'm gonna go to bed! I'm kind of tired...even though I slept till about 3. Durr.

My yarn should have come today...however, it did not because I was still asleep. Cro says he'll pick it up on Monday, so, I may not be around for the rest of the week! I'll be knitting swatches for my holiday cards (Family this round, those of you who are expecting gloves, I have yet to order your yarn! I will do that after I finish with these gloves.)

Now I need new shoes.

My bat shoes have a hole in the that just...sucks up the water. I love my bat shoes, but this is not optimal to keeping me dry.

I'm thinking of getting another pair of Chucks. Hm. Custom ones would rock. $70 and two weeks for shipping? I hate waiting and my shoe has a hole in it now. I know the weather's only going to get worse as we slide on into the rainy season.

Guess I'll have to do that tonight.

I got a new litter box!

Julie researched it for me, and Cro did the actual purchasing. It's one of those auto-scoop things, and it's really neat! I think I'm going to enjoy having a catbox in my room a bit more with this going on! It's really, really awesome.

She still sleeps on me almost all night, and I almost always wake up with her on my chest/back/side. She's been so cuddly recently, and, I'm sorry I have to freak her out again by finishing cleaning/arranging my room.

Haven't been sleeping at all. Go to bed waaay too late, don't fall asleep for another two hours...three hours later, I've gotta be on the bus.

Been feeling a little 'meh' recently too. Probably due to the lack of sleep, lack of exercise, and crappy diet. And messy room. I think when I get home today, I'll just go STRAIGHT to sleep (After I feed my cat.) See if I can catch up on some sleep, clean my area, get it cleared out, and see if I can't get myself back in order!

I've got a few projects I'm doing for my family and friends for the holidays. My friends will have to be awesome and wait a little beyond the holidays for theirs, but, I don't think there's much I can do about that.

It takes about...three normals days, or half of a solid one to knit a glove. And...my first round of yarn isn't here yet!!

I use Bluemoonfiberarts.com because I LOVE their fibers. They're just stellar! They've got a really tight weave for their yarns, and they're all 'mediumweight' which is perfect for knitting gloves!
